Responsibilities
- New Business Enterprise Field Sales for Italy's Payroll and HR solutions.
- Target new customers with 1,000+ employees.
- Manage sales cycles of 6–12 months (may be longer for deals involving international delivery of solutions and services).
- Negotiate with up to 5–6 stakeholders depending on the prospect’s organization; contracts may vary by product or service; average first-year revenue is circa €100,000–€200,000, and can be larger.
- Create own business plan within the overall framework; identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters; arrange prospect appointments and visits; identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs; work with pre-sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospects.
