Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and execute the local go-to-market strategy for Grid Automation, aligning with the global product plan. You will work with LATAM sales and partners to promote IEDs, software and standardized solutions, driving demand and customer value. The position bridges marketing, sales and channel partners to ensure market success and high customer satisfaction. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver impact on pricing, delivery, and NPS while shaping the Grid Automation portfolio in the region.

* Define and implement local go-to-market product strategy for Grid Automation products
* Coordinate and guide Product Marketing Specialists within the Grid Automation community
* Scout and onboard new Channel Partners and develop partnership business plans
* Create demand through technical promotion and value-based selling
* Evaluate market opportunities and propose activities aligned with Grid Components strategy
* Bridge value chain between Marketing & Sales and Factory Marketing & Sales to improve processes
* Support market pricing policy and monitor performance metrics (demand, margin, NPS, on-time delivery)
* Develop and execute annual marketing plans with Distribution Solutions Division and Grid Components plans
* Build relationships with customers to sustain satisfaction and growth
* Provide product training and support with global divisions to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation/Software Engineering
* 5+ years' experience in product marketing or product management in a multicultural environment
* Experience with Grid Automation, Substation Automation and/or Protection Relays
* Knowledge of the Utility segment (TSO and DSO)
* Experience with multi-channel go-to-market and channel partners
* Ability to work in an international environment with a collaborative attitude
* Global mindset and intercultural sensitivity, plus strong communication skills
* Business strategy, budget and performance targets, customer experience success, digital marketing
