Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing a channel system in Italy, including agents, secondary distributors and OEM customers. They will also formulate product and price strategies using market funds.
* Optimize the distributor system to ensure the supply of channel inventory and maintain market order;
* Formulate sales strategies according to company requirements and quarterly/annual goals;
* Improve marketing organization systems and management systems, rationally allocate company resources, and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies;
* Ensure accurate regional sell-in and sell-out management.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Marketing or Sales Management with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products or related fields;
* Over five years of relevant work experience in Italian markets, preferably with integrated marketing success stories;
* Strong ability to withstand pressure and strong market development and sales capabilities;
* Good interpersonal skills and team leadership experience.
