Job Summary The Sales Specialist supports the Area Sales Representative in both pre-sales and post-sales phases to achieve the revenue targets of its Area. He/she ensures product training and customer promotion to increase visibility and market positioning. Key Accountabilities Assist with the start-up of new systems and products for all customers. Collaborate with the Area Sales Representative to prepare suitable technical and economic proposals for customers. Conduct product and systems training for customers. Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and evaluate competitors’ actions. Provide technical reports for tenders or offers. Support the Area Sales Representative during negotiations and closing deals. Demonstrate systems at company and customer sites. Prioritize interventions based on customer segmentation. Networking / Key Relationships Internal and external contacts. Minimum Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in Sales or as an Application Specialist within an IVD company in an international setting. Knowledge of regulations and tenders management. Understanding of market, customer, area, and competitor dynamics. Additional Skills and Knowledge Basic marketing knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Effective teamwork, negotiation, systemic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Strong presentation and training skills.
