With over 2000 stores around the world, we are close to our customers by inspiring them in their shopping. /p pWe are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts to join our Legal Department. /p h3About the role /h3 pThis role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, international retail business, supporting a wide range of commercial operations. /p ul liContract Management: draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including franchise and licensing agreements, sales, agency and distribution agreements, service and consultancy agreements, purchase and supply agreements, logistics, warehousing, and transportation agreements, IT, software licensing, SaaS, and digital service agreements, outsourcing, facility management, and utilities contracts. /li liLegal Advisory: provide clear, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders, ensure compliance of contracts with applicable laws, company policies, and best practices, support management in strategic decisions relating to partnerships, procurement, and retail operations, advise on contract liabilities, and manage related litigation matters. /li liCross-Functional Support: partner closely with departments including Sales, Procurement and Finance, contribute proactively to business discussions, understanding commercial drivers and aligning legal advice accordingly. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liLaw degree with excellent academic credentials and bar qualification is essential. /li liAt least 6 years of post‑qualification experience gained at a primary law firm, with a solid focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. /li liPrior exposure to retail, consumer goods, or e‑commerce industries will be highly regarded. /li liProven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts. /li liExperience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries is highly desirable. /li liAdditional knowledge of company law and extraordinary corporate operations is a plus. /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pIn OVS Group you will find a structured company, a dynamic and strongly results‑oriented environment.
