We’re looking for a: - PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER_ As a Manager of Attitude’s rising Marketing Division, you will be in charge of the following activities: - Coordinate and plan all digital branding and advertising actions to make a successfull proposal to our Partners; - Design, execute & track inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, also make actions to implement new adv strategies to increase the lead generation numbers; - Project & manage SEO, SEM and E-mail marketing campaigns; - Use ADV tools & check up the progress of the campaigns with data insights; - Define and monitor of the main KPIs; - Keep track of the budget; - Create & coordinate a team of professionist; - Publish Attitude’s news, about our products launches and partnerships, trough all the channels that you know. At the end, you will be work for sharing our values and our mission on the national market! - 5 years of experience in the same role; - Proven experience in defining and setting up performance campaigns; - Strong knowledge of the ADV tools; - Excellent expertise in building and managing a team; - Excellent problem solving, analytic capabilities and business acumen; - Strong leadership and motivation; - Fluent English (both written and spoken) Attitude's headquarter is in Rome, Italy.
