The Dolder Group has been an internationally active raw materials distributor offering services since 1898. Our family-owned company supplies chemical and polymer raw materials to the processing industry. Our headquarters are in Basel, and we also operate branches in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Turkey.For our Italian subsidiary Dolder Massara Srl, we are looking for a Sales Manager Rubber & Adhesives to strengthen and further develop our elastomers, adhesives and TPC business in Italy. In this role, you combine technical expertise with commercial drive and entrepreneurial responsibility to consolidate existing business, expand our customer portfolio, and actively contribute to the profitable growth of the business unit.What you do with usMarket and sell our rubber, adhesives and TPC raw materials portfolio in ItalyDevelop and maintain profitable relationships with Italian customers and international suppliersIdentify and develop new customers through structured scouting, visits, testing and samplingProvide technical application support, including troubleshooting and formula/process improvementManage complex commercial negotiations and pricing strategiesHandle technical claims and non-conformities in close collaboration with internal departmentsDraft the annual budget and achieve agreed business targetsMaintain CRM data, manage pipeline and forecasting activitiesTravel frequently throughout Italy and occasionally abroadWhat you needTechnical background (chemistry, materials science, laboratory, quality, R&D or similar) and/or experience in rubber, adhesives, elastomers, specialty chemicals or related sectors (e.g. coatings, plastics, construction)Experience in technical B2B sales (junior or senior profiles considered)Strong ability to translate technical data into application and commercial benefitsStructured opportunity management and result-driven mindsetExperience in negotiation and margin analysis is a plusExperience with CRM and ERP systems (knowledge of BC software is an advantage)An entrepreneurial, proactive, and ambitious mindset, with a strong motivation to take on challengesFluent in English and ItalianWhat you can expect from usThe opportunity to make a real impact in a company where ambitious goals and enjoyment at work go hand in handA supportive local team embedded in an international structureContinuous opportunities for professional and personal developmentA hybrid role (combination of office and homeoffice work) with high autonomyRead more about our culture and values in our Blog (Jobs | Dolder).#J-18808-Ljbffr
