Manage end-to-end execution of assigned collection(s) or specific projects within collections, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and quality standards, from planning to final shipment.Job responsabilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt, milestones, WBS) for assigned collections/projectsTrack and monitor project progress vs plan (timing, deliverables, dependencies)Manage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teamsEnsure execution of all development and industrialization phases (sampling, prototyping, costing, production readiness)Monitor and update RAG status and project KPIsIdentify, track, and manage risks and issues, ensuring proper mitigation actionsSupport definition and tracking of collection calendarsPrepare and deliver regular status reportsEnsure timely completion of all milestones up to final product shipmentManage project documentation and updates in PMO toolsSupport change management (scope, timing, priorities)

Ensure feasibility of assigned projects within collection timelinesProactively identify critical paths and potential bottlenecksDrive accountability across functions to meet deadlinesContribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processesSupport optimization of workflow between development and productionEnsure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraintsProvide structured input to Program Manager for portfolio-level decisionsContribute to risk anticipation at collection levelPromote a results-driven and execution-focused mindset
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain ManagementPrevious experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatorySolid knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management)Hands‐on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking toolsGood understanding of fashion development and production processesAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlinesStrong skills in data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoringFamiliarity with critical path analysis and dependency managementExperience with PLM and ERP systems (preferred)Structured approach to problem solving and issue resolutionStrong coordination and communication skills across functionsHigh attention to detail and execution disciplineAbility to work in fast‐paced and deadline‐driven environmentsProficiency in Excel / data handling toolsFluency in English. Italian and French are mandatory
