Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs in recruitment and HR services.
* Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
* Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with potential clients, presenting our solutions.
* Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
* Provide market feedback and insights to support service development and client experience.
* Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership.
* Mentor team members as the sales team grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3–5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B services or the HR/recruitment sector.
* Strong understanding of the HR services landscape in Italy and/or internationally.
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, fluent in Italian and English.
* Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
