Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. /ppbPartner with the best /b /ppThe Contract Manager and Outsourcing Process Lead- IET Engineering Operations will ensure compliance with Engineering Supplier Long Term Agreement during the whole life of the Contract. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOverseeing contract management activities ensuring the contract execution meets the SSA requirements. /li liWork with Engineering organization to assure volumes are assigned to selected Suppliers as per Long Term Agreements. /li liMonitoring Suppliers capacity and capability and assure appropriate actions are taken to mitigate potential risks. /li liMonitoring KPIs as defined in the Long-Term Agreement and assure improvement actions are defined and implemented. /li liDriving Operating Rhythms within Engineering Organization and with Suppliers. /li liSupporting Contract Governance activities at senior management level as per SSA /li liProviding timely communications on significant issues or developments. /li liManaging outsourcing processes and tools and drive continuous improvements /li liAssuring accurate use of BH tools and processes for Engineering outsourcing /li liEnsuring internal tools fit user requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTo be successful in this role you will: ul liHave a bachelor’s degree in any related field. /li liHave a master’s degree either in Finance or STEM disciplines with technical, legal or commercial knowledge gained within BH sector. /li liEffective problem identification and solution skills. /li liProven analytical and organizational ability. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liAbility to influence others and lead small teams. /li liLead initiatives of mid to large scope and impact.
