Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Sales Market Specialist for Utilities and Construction market segments at Personal Safety Division Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by developing PSD (Personal Safety Division) business in all product portfolios with focus in PPE and specifically in Respiratory Protection, Fall Protection, Communications and in Utilities, Construction segments, in particular:Managing directly prioritized Accounts in the Utilities, Construction market Segments.Monitoring and tracking main projects and opportunities for the assigned product portfolios and market segments.Support of the specialized channel partners working in collaboration with internal functions and organizations (Application Engineers, Marketing, Pricing team, Regulatory etc.).Working in collaboration with local PSD Demand Generation sales team and AE team to identify and develop sales projects and opportunities.Manage a network of Service Centres throughout the country to ensure all pre- and after-sales services required to commercialize assigned products.Following sales and marketing programs with timely and effective use of CRM toolsDelivering customer / market focuses on technical training and developing and leveraging inspirational e-Media resources.Leveraging your knowledge to position 3M as the thought leader within the PPE industry and within supported markets.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:Minimum 2 years of sales in B2B
