We’re seeking a qualified Marketing Manager to help us in developing the business of pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch in for our Continence Care business unit.
He/she will report to the commercial director.
Our ideal marketers has a strong understanding of the intermittent catheters business dynamic, hospital and community’s sales process, keen understanding of the medical devices' tenders’ process and distribution models dynamics.
He/she is strong in create and develop a solid branding, product and service management strategies.
He/Her also know in deep the customers and end-users’ needs, how to reach them and how to satisfy their requirements.
He/She masters ominichannel marketing strategies and tools ,in particular, he/she is a digital marketing expert.
He/She has a strong analytical skills and business acumen.
He/she has to be a people leader and a strong influencer within and outside the organization.
Be able to make effective presentations and speech, organize and attending networking events, trade shows, and congresses.
His or her efforts will help us extend our national reach and impact.
Objectives and role
1. Managing and develop the people of the marketing department
2. Developing the continence care digital platforms
3. Define and develop a clinical, product and patient’s services strategy
4. Creating marketing strategies that align with the healthcare provider’s and patients' goals and initiatives
5. Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, or newsletters to keep the target customers informed
6. Creating omnichannel communication plans to reach out to current and prospective patients
7. Meeting with the leadership team to strategize marketing plans
8. Developing strategic partnerships with hospitals and other healthcare organizations
9. Analyzing marketing data and reporting it to leadership
10. Assuming public relations duties such as speaking with the local media and writing press releases
11. Building and managing relationships with the clinical, scientific and patients’ community
12. Collaborate with our global marketing, IT, digital, supply and demand partners
13. Develops marketing strategies and implements marketing campaigns that enhance the organization’s brand and increase community awareness.
14. Financial budget management
15. Maintains relations with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources in order to generate and retain new prescriptions.
16. Spending time in the field with the sales team
Skills and qualifications
17. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
18. 1-3 years in directing/supervising people
19. Fluent English
20. At least 3-5 years in healthcare marketing
21. Experience in Launching and building a new brand
22. Digital and direct-to-consumer marketing skills
23. Business acumen and strategic thinking
24. Data Analytical skills
25. Excellence in communicating, influencing and collaborating with people
