Your challenge: As our Business Development executive for Italy your input will be instrumental in identifying and closing new partnerships opportunities, owning and executing the B2B2C Italian strategy to generate revenue and growth. In your role, while working alongside the Italy Country Manager, the marketing team, the product team and the tax experts, you will take full ownership of your area and help deliver critical results and projects. To be successful as a Business Development executive, you should have significant experience in sales position plus good communication, commercial and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities: - Identify and close new partnerships opportunities in particular with corporate clients in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and support growing the B2B2C side of the business. - Generate leads and contact cold calling prospective customers, delivering sales presentations & product demos to prospects and strategic partners, identifying potential key clients and the decision-makers within the client organization. - Lead deal initiatives, determine the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, and drive the plan for execution. - Define and own outbound sales strategy and overall B2B2C strategy. - Build and grow stakeholder relationships within the prospective enterprises to identify opportunities and understand clients needs, writing reports and reporting on sales activity. - Support the country manager negotiating deals with clients aligned with the country strategy. - Capture market feedback for continuous product development. Your profile: - University degree in economics, business, marketing, communication, or a related field. - At least three years work experience in sales position. - Experience in selling services to HR function a plus, not mandatory. - Significant deal experience in tech, digital or financial services. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, commercial sales environment. - Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English both written and spoken. - A creative and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems. - A team player and results-driven. - Your personal values align with ours—Understand, Deliver, Develop, and Trust.
