Requirements
* Diploma or ITS in Accounting, Surveying or related fields
* Brief previous work experience in a construction context (pre‐ferential)
* Holder of Category B driving licence
Job responsibilities
* Active accounting management (SIL): quantity and revenue entry for WBE on CPM and monthly support for variance analysis.
* Analysis of deviations between SIL and SAL, collaboration with the Works Direction and reconciliation activities for job recognition.
* Support for budget drafting and chart of accounts definition.
* Passive accounting (SIL passive) with subcontractors and suppliers, including cost registration, SAL, CdP and utilization of CPM/SAP systems.
* Update and management of the estimated construction metric, including verification of variants (OdS, surveys) and support to RdA.
* Support for cost control: quantity estimation for finishing, cost/revenue update for the entire life and economic analysis of the orders.
* Administrative and documentary management: archive of accounting, SAF of the warehouse and support in the management of the reserves.
Contract and training
Start date of training: 22/06/2026 (full‐time frequency Monday to Friday). Work location: Pineto (TE). Predicted start date: 30/06/2026.
