The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in steering TMC's strategic expansion in the Northern-East region of Italy. This is a complex and multi‐faceted role covering business development, recruiting, team management, and financial management: Identify and develop new business opportunities in software, data, and electronics sectors beyond TMC's current reach, focusing on high‐tech companies requiring specialized engineering and digital expertise. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with potential clients. Develop and execute step‐by‐step business development plans to enter new markets, launch new services, and expand TMC's presence in the Northern-East region of Italy. Generate and qualify leads by identifying key decision‐makers within target organizations, leveraging networking abilities and research skills to fill the sales pipeline. Conduct initial outreach through inbound lead follow‐up and outbound cold calls and emails, performing effective demonstrations to prospects and articulating TMC's unique employeneurship value proposition. Prepare and present business proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives. Negotiate contracts and close deals by handling objections and clarifying agreements to achieve positive outcomes that benefit both TMC and clients. Identify and recruit suitable employeneurs for client projects, matching technical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset in line with TMC's high standards. Manage employeneurs' career evolution both in terms of technical and soft skills and economic growth. Keep company leadership informed on business development progress, pipeline updates, and market insights through regular reporting and strategic planning sessions.
