PpWe are looking for a bKey Account Manager /b. In this role you will manage all commercial and technical aspects of the interface between Oerlikon Metco and the assigned customers, to achieve the established sales budget and develop their potential. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liCommercially manage the assigned accounts by proposing pricing strategy and preparing quotations with contractual terms and conditions within the boundaries of the company rules; give sales presentations, inform clients about innovations introduced by Metco, related to applications and processes /li liDefine and manage the sales budget and forecast per account and actively contribute to the achievement of the key country budget. /li liIdentify and establish relationships with all the relevant decision makers per account, define the account business profile and key buying factors, develop, document and implement sales plans per account, in conjunction with sales manager and, where requested, with segment and product managers. /li liConsult with customers on coatings and applications, recommending products and services as necessary, help to develop new applications, analyse customer needs and technical specifications, manage sampling and demonstration activities where appropriate. /li liIdentify prospects and contact them with the target to acquire and develop them. /li liSupport customers and provide an interface to Oerlikon Metco (including quality claims and cash collection/account receivables management). /li liManage customer data by utilizing the company CRM system. /li liPermanently provide feedback from customers and market to appropriate departments within Oerlikon Metco, including competitive information and market pricing, ensuring the understanding of market trends. /li liAttend trade shows, events and industry seminars, as necessary and in agreement with the direct managers. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMaterials or mechanical bachelor’s degree. /li liAt least 2 years of professional experience in a sales department in a similar environment. /li liKnowledge of the thermal spray coating and laser cladding solutions/industries is a plus. /li liProfessional English knowledge. /li liDriving license and willingness to travel. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liA dynamic global culture and leading market position. /li liOpportunity to contribute to the company’s business development and a stimulating environment, where technical and commercial skills integrate to create value for both the company and its clients. /li /ul pCan you identify with this position and are you looking for a new challenge?
