Job Title: JR013518 Rx Brand Manager Job Description The Rx Brand Manager will help translate the strategy for prescription (Rx) products into a local market plan to maximize brand value, achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets, and manage the local marketing mix within the budget. Additionally, it involves exploring new market opportunities, monitoring competitors, and creating action plans. All actions must comply with national laws (like Law 231 and D.lgs 81/08), Galderma's Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions. Key Responsibilities Developing effective promotional and marketing plan for Rx portfolio tailored to HCP targets and in conformity with objectives and global guidelines; Defines tactical plans including access opportunities, resources and market research requirement; Having a deep scientific knowledge of the assigned portfolio, supports life cycle management with creative ideas Responsible for product P&L, guarantying and improving gross margin as well as general product contribution of each brand in accordance with approved budget and objectives; Keep samples control and its forecast adequate to product and market need; Responsible for forecasting of product demand and sales and its alignment with Sales Area, Market Intelligence and Logistics Lead Market analysis and keep performance monitoring, in collaboration with Market Intelligence Creates promotional material, cooperating with agencies, in conformity with Italian Laws on Pharma promotion and approves all the promotional materials from a marketing and scientific point of view before the local Regulatory & Medical approval; Provides Sales Force of the right support in terms of: Clinical message, information & selling tools; Strictly collaborate with the Medical team for KOL involvement, Congresses and trainings organizations; Actively collaborate cross-function and cross-BUs, for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS) activities and collaborate for RX key innovation project; Be the point-of-reference for Global stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications University Degree with a Scientific or Marketing/Economic background Experience in Prescription and Pharmaceuticals Company (additional experience in biologics market or therapeutic/consumer skincare business would be a plus) Knowledge of the dermatology business and dermatologist target is an asset (additional experience also with hospital dermatologists would be a plus). 5-8 years of experience in Marketing (Product/Brand Management) in PHARMA Marketing plan management, development of promotional materials, congresses organization, analysis and forecasting Fluent in Business English / Fluent in Italian (mother tongue preferably) Office tools Veeva Vault knowledge What we offer in return We offer the opportunity to take on full responsibility for your role, grow in a dynamic work environment, and become the owner of several brands.
