We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager/Director with expertise in IT and software engineering services to join our team in Milan.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to consult, design, and deliver digital innovation and transformation solutions across multiple verticals. You will use your industry expertise and experience with technologies to transform organizations and identify new business opportunities through client management and relationship building.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects.
* Assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals, and establish senior relationships with clients and prospects to close deals.
* Define and scope consulting engagements, establish operating models, and lead transitions from sales to delivery.
* Stay informed about industry trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting our clients’ sectors and geographies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels and with internal and external partners to maximize business growth.
* Align with business unit goals, support financial targets, including revenue and profit.
Requirements
* Extensive expertise in IT, software engineering, or digital transformation services.
* Deep industry experience in digital and innovative technology leadership roles, preferably from recognized consultancies.
* Experience working with clients, ideally in the energy sector.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.
* Proven success managing client engagements and digital transformation programs.
* Business acumen, strategic skills, negotiation skills, and commitment to diversity.
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
