Your responsibilities: 
Product Story & Documentation Support: Assist in crafting clear, structured product profiles and documentation to guide development. 
Operational Product Support: Help manage day-to-day requests, whether market, product or process related, alongside the product manager. 
Support the Product Manager by handling data on a daily basis: Curate and maintain datasets, extract meaningful insights, and communicate key findings that inform and drive category growth. 
Execution-Oriented Delivery: Take ownership of assigned product briefs and drive execution through to market launch. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, QA, Purchasing, Production, and Controlling throughout the development of new products 
Progress Communication: Keep Product Manager and key stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates on progress and blockers. 
Project Monitoring: Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on course; willing to raise the hand when assistance is needed. 
Organized and Proactive Coordination: Ensure all team members stay aligned and up to date with their tasks through structured workflows, well maintained folders and detailed notes. 
Your profile: 
University degree in Economics or Marketing 
Proven experience in the Marketing sector, preferably in Product Management or Project Management in FMCG companies (preferably food companies) 
Previous experience of working across departments and countries (in a matrix organisation) will be considered as a plus 
Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills 
Open, proactive, enthusiastic, vibrant person, used to work in a multicultural environment 
Fluent in English and Italian; German is considered an advantage
