Position

To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a Strategic Business Development & Key Account Manager. We are seeking a Strategic Business Development & Key Account Manager to drive strong growth in the Off-Highway and Power Generation sectors across Europe. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and executing strategic initiatives to increase market share. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable, taking on diverse responsibilities to succeed in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the Off-Highway and Power Generation sectors, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and generator manufacturers. Act as a cross-functional leader, taking on diverse responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction, technical alignment, and commercial success. Develop and execute bold, sector-specific customer strategies with a focus on speed, adaptability, and measurable growth. Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of Off-Highway and Generator applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Europe. Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic sales initiatives. Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning, and continuously monitor market trends to refine forecasts on a monthly basis. Demonstrate key competencies, including: Action Orientation, Conflict Management, Timely Decision-Making, Motivating Others, Clear Communication, Financial Acumen, and Business Negotiation. Regular travel to both MUVIQ and customer sites (approximately 30% of the time) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in the Powertrain Market (Sales, Product Development, Application Engineering, or Program Management). Proven track record of aggressive sales growth and entrepreneurial problem-solving in complex, technical markets. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
