RH is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Server to deliver an elevated dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. As a Server, you will play a vital role in shaping memorable moments for our guests, guiding each step of their dining journey with a genuine desire to serve, while continuing to grow your own professional expertise.
Create a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service that reflects RH's standards of hospitality
- Uphold the highest levels of quality and presentation throughout the dining room, including table maintenance, curation and overall cleanliness
- Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling a polished personal presentation, and maintaining expertise knowledge of RH's menu offerings
- 3+ of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Professional proficiency in English, due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application xjrgpwk at the time of hire
- Meets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
Safely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment
- Delivering food using proper two-handed carrying techniques
