We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive product success by connecting product strategy, market insight, and commercial execution. In this role, you will shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that directly influence adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, translating market needs into compelling narratives and launch plans. Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure alignment across the entire customer journey. Accountabilities
- You will own product marketing initiatives end to end, ensuring products are positioned clearly and successfully launched to market.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify insights, opportunities, and unmet needs.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new and existing products.
- Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, training content, and supporting collateral.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Guide the customer lifecycle from awareness to retention, focusing on adoption, loyalty, and churn reduction.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise combined with analytical thinking and cross‐functional collaboration skills. Key requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong product and technical understanding, with the ability to translate features into customer value.
- Proven experience in market research, customer analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple product launches.
- Experience in dental products is required; orthodontic product experience is a strong plus.
