Reporting to the Sales Management team, you will act as a true ambassador for Lessonia and play an active role in our international growth:
- Promote our finished cosmetic products to clients in Italy
- Drive revenue growth within your client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
- Initiate and manage development projects
- Respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure proper follow-up
- Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management team

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in International Business, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the cosmetics, beauty, or chemical industry
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and French or English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating regularly with international teams
- Willingness to travel
