About the RoleWe're growing our customer base and looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Rome. This is not a passive account management role; we want someone who can take ownership of our existing client portfolio, maintain its health according to clear internal KPIs, and actively hit the company’s portfolio expansion targets. The role combines structured account management with proactive commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and monitor account health
- Identify expansion opportunities within the current portfolio
- Support renewals, upsells and commercial growth initiatives
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and qualified opportunities
- Coordinate with operations, product and leadership to solve client needs
- Keep client communication clear, consistent and structured
- Follow up on commercial opportunities with discipline and ownership
- Help turn client feedback into actionable internal insights
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development and B2B Sales
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset: you care about retention, growth and results
