In line with the Corporate Marketing strategic guidelines, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing MSC Cruises' paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting activities.
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a digital agency, affiliation platform, or as a publisher.
* Experience in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus.
* Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French, German, and Spanish is considered a plus.
* Strong knowledge of SEM campaign management, social media, and performance-based campaigns.
* Ability to manage multilingual and multiple digital channels campaigns—from design to execution.
* Experience with ad networks, affiliation platforms, display, and retargeting networks.
* Strong understanding and use of KPIs in campaign reporting.
* BA, MA, or professional course in Digital Marketing is preferred.
* Creates and executes a digital brand strategy to increase sales on our website.
* Creates, manages, and optimizes cross-country SEM campaigns.
* Manages display campaigns worldwide.
* Monitors and analyzes conversions across key digital channels (SEM, display, RTB, retargeting, and affiliation).
* Liaises with external agencies, traffic networks, travel bloggers, online publishers, and internal business units to implement MSC Cruises' online communication strategy.
