Interested in an opportunity to move fast and make a big impact? Amazon Consumer Payment team is looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to build products that are fundamental to the fast growth of the business.
The mission of the Amazon co-brand credit card (CBCC) team is to deliver exceptional value to Amazon customers every time they use their card on or off‑Amazon. We own features and models that aim to delight customers by continuously improving customer experience, Amazon Points, special promotions and other benefits.
The Product Manager will work closely with the tech team to champion product ideas from ideation and planning to execution, building a scalable Amazon payment services. The right candidate possesses a strong product/tech program management background, deep knowledge of the competitive landscape in Japan, and proven experience leading large projects.
You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, unhurried by ambiguity, owning high‑level strategic initiatives while also rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. You will have good executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication.
Key job responsibilities
You will lead planning and execution of high‑visibility consumer‑facing and other projects to improve the CX of Japanese co‑branded credit card customers and grow the CBCC business in Japan. For these, you will work closely with UX designers, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Tech, and external partners such as the issuer bank.
You will work closely with the tech team in BLR to help them unblock any issues, participating in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and escalating when needed to accelerate project delivery.
You will create and maintain the tech development roadmap by participating in annual/quarterly planning exercises, quickly re‑prioritizing initiatives as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
Experience owning technology products
Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
Business‑level English and Japanese language ability (speaking, reading, writing)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
