About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (booking/billing). Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Collaborate regionally and globally to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Ideal Experience: 2-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding quotas. Knowledge (Ideal): Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, close deals, and build strong customer and partner relationships.
