PpCosmic Group’s looking for a brilliant Sales Engineer, who’s going to be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value contracts. The role combines strategic account development with field sales activities, focusing on long‑term partnerships and customer success. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h31. Customer Management and Growth /h3ulliManage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts; /liliServe as the primary sales contact for customers; /liliBuild long‑term partnerships with decision‑makers (engineering, procurement, management); /liliIdentify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities across product lines (testers, managers, services). /li /ulh32. Sales and Business Development /h3ulliManage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification,proposal, negotiation,closing; /liliMeet and exceed revenue and margin targets; /liliDevelop strategic plans for clients with clear growth actions; /liliIdentify and acquire new clients in target markets (IDMs, OSATs, fabless companies). /li /ulh33. Market and Customer Analysis /h3ulliUnderstand customer roadmaps (technology, capacity, outsourcing strategy); /liliProvide feedback to product management and RD on market needs; /liliMonitor the competition; /li /ulh34. Internal Coordination /h3ulliWork closely with:product line managers (testers, managers, burn‑in); application engineering teams /liliCoordinate proposals, demos, and technical solutions. /liliPrepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial terms; /liliManage bidding processes and complex contractual structures. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; /liliMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering; /liliSolid technical understanding (knowledge of analog, mixed‑signal, power, or RF is a plus); /liliPreferably experience in the semiconductor sector: ATE / test equipment / capital goods; /li /ulh3Skills and Abilities /h3ulliStrong commercial focus and negotiation skills; /liliStrategic thinking combined with a focus on execution; /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills; /liliExcellent command of spoken and written English—minimum required level B2; /liliWillingness to travel globally (30–50%). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
