LHH offers the opportunity to join a historic Italian medium-sized company operating in the gas and energy sector nationwide, as Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, to strengthen the internal team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and related budget, supervising suppliers and external agencies in line with strategic company objectives;
* Coordinate online and offline communication activities, including social media, website, PR, events, and advertising campaigns, in line with directives from the Commercial Director;
* Oversee the creation of content (text, visuals, videos) and promotional materials to support branding and sales;
* Promote and coordinate initiatives at our points of sale to enhance visibility and attractiveness, managing visual communication (window decals, light panels, posters, sails, etc.);
* Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and analytics tools;
* Promote and oversee participation in sector events, fairs, sponsorships, and territorial initiatives;
* Analyze market data, energy sector trends, and customer behaviors to guide commercial strategies;
* Support the development of new products/services from a communication and promotional perspective.
Your Profile
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related disciplines;
* Previous experience of 3-5 years in marketing and communication roles, preferably in related sectors (energy, utilities, environment, telecommunications) or retail (where marketing oversees store communication);
* Experience as a responsible for the activities described or viewing this role as a professional growth step;
* Excellent writing and communication skills;
* Familiarity with digital tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms;
* Leadership, operational autonomy, and project-based working ability;
* Creativity, proactivity, teamwork skills, and ability to foster team spirit at the headquarters and in sales points located in Northern Italy.
Work location: Verona + possibility of smart working and flexible hours.
