In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams, you will seek business development in your respective segment of Engineering Materials. You will grow your customer portfolio and ensure their satisfaction, contributing to the company's growth strategy and increasing our circular solutions.
Your responsibilities:
* Define prospecting targets and develop new customer portfolios in your segment market (Electric & Electronics or Consumer & Industrial Goods), including healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, water management.
* Manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Define and deploy commercial plans and activities. Develop forecasts to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers.
* Support innovation, facilitate product launches, and coordinate new application developments at targeted accounts.
How will you get there :
You own a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, with international sales experience. You speak fluently in English and Italian.
Demonstrate the following skills:
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques
* Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools
* Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastics
* Ability to think strategically and lead
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
