Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to deliver visually impactful, strategically aligned content. Proven experience (5+ years) in digital and social media management, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or other high-end environments where brand identity and storytelling are critical. Fluency in English and Italian (C1 or above), with the ability to communicate seamlessly across both languages in a refined and brand-appropriate tone. Strategic and creative mindset to devise innovative content and campaigns while ensuring full alignment with the brand's vision and the Bolza family's direction, Advanced proficiency in social media and analytics tools (e.G. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics), with a data-driven approach to performance optimization and continuous improvement. Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and digital ecosystems, with the ability to integrate organic and paid strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion.
