Our goal is to make precision medicine a reality through AI and quantified imaging data.The Business Development Manager in Italy will participate in our regional commercial operations, attending top medical conferences, growing client relationships with hospitals by generating leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy.Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.Responsibilities:Outbound lead generation via events, emailing, and social networks using digital tools.Serve as the first contact point for new potential clients.Work with the Business Development Director to expand the Italian market.Implement business development and sales strategies for revenue growth and market share increase in Italy.Follow up on sales opportunities through to closing.Provide feedback to improve commercial processes and contribute to team success.Engage in business development for new AI imaging technologies with senior physicians at leading hospitals and imaging centers in Italy.Attend medical conferences and conduct outreach to radiologists and clinicians.You will be our ideal candidate if you have:Over 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry.Excellent communication skills, including conducting effective sales and business meetings, and delivering professional pitches.Advanced proficiency in English.Experience working in an international environment.Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy regularly.Integrity and passion for precision medicine, innovative research, and AI, with a fascination for the future of clinical research and medicine.High adaptability to evolving work requirements and constraints.
