Position Overview
As a Junior Sales Manager at Covision Media, you’ll help grow our presence in the e-commerce, gaming, and tech sectors across Europe and the US. You'll work hands-on with global clients, support the full sales cycle, and represent us at key events and conferences.
We're looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset —someone who learns fast, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to try new things. Industry experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your curiosity, drive, and passion for technology .
You’ll travel frequently to major business hubs (Milan, London, NYC, etc.) and, as we scale, have the chance to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
* Identify and Prospect: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, generating leads, cold calls, and initiating contact with decision-makers.
* Engage: Understand the challenges and strategic objectives of potential clients, providing insights on how Covision Media’s technologies can address these and drive results.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor through deep industry knowledge and understanding of AI technologies.
* Sell the Solution: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to gather customer feedback and align offerings with client needs.
* Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms with customers alongside our CEO.
* Post-Sales Support: Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our 3D scanning technology, acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams for any issues or feedback.
Qualifications and skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong collaboration skills, with a structured and organized approach to work
* Solid analytical thinking and strong mathematical abilities
Nice to have
* Experience in sales, project management, consulting, or a technical role, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or big tech.
* Familiarity with computer vision and machine learning technologies.
* Additional language skills are a plus.

Location
This is a FULL-TIME role based either in our Bressanone/Dolomites offices (South Tyrol, Italy) or any major European city. The latter requires occasional travel (about 1 week/month) to our HQ.
