We are now looking for an EMEA Technical Account Manager for Android Tablets.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For


* Understanding operators technical requirements liaising with RD to accomplish customers certification processes
* Performing technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
* Performing initial or secondary investigations helping service and PR to respond end-users requests
* Providing excellent customer support for clients regarding Anroid Tablet Devices
* Managing customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation
* Serving as the customer's advocate within Lenovo
* Traveling as necessary to meet customers all over EMEA

Basic Qualifications

* Proven track record in product line management role
* Previous Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Networking, or similar industry
* At least 5 years of experience in a Product Marketing or Product Management role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in team environment
* Ability to think strategically and have exceptional attention to detail
* Strong analytical and quantitative capability
* Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
