We then deliver on the true power of video with integrated applications that let them see what’s happening in their organization and make informed decisions to improve performance and profitability. /ppRequirements /ppbThe candidate is able to : /b /pulliDevelop short-term and long-term sales strategies targeting prospects and customers to drive adoption of March Networks solutions; /liliCreate account plans and strategies to win new business within assigned territory from new key end-user accounts; /liliNurse and develop the existing key accounts to ensure their continued adoption of our product and services roadmap; /liliMaintain prospect and customer records to help in preparing sales forecasts, market analysis and assessing competitor activity; /liliMaintain and analyze list of regular prospect and customer calls in CRM; /liliGive constructive and quantitative information to help in maintaining product manuals, sales manuals and pricing schedules; /liliIncrease knowledge of industry trends through trade publications and relation information; /liliParticipate and assist with trade shows, conventions, customer functions and industry wide affairs as needed; /liliLearn and continuously develop high knowledge of the March Networks product line and competitive product lines to provide information to customers regarding products and applications; /liliContinually assess the ROI of all sales activities in the assigned territory and Submit monthly (or as and when required) reports pertaining to sales activity, potential sale opportunities and market trends; /liliCoordinate with the Sales Engineering Dept, as well as cooperate with all sales, customer service, technical and management personnel. /liliBachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of previous technical and consultative sales experience; /liliMinimum 5 years of successful sales background or experience in networks, client / server knowledge (CCTV / video surveillance, Point-of-Sales devices or Service based offerings to the retail industry, are work experiences which would be an asset); /liliDemonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills; /liliExceptional written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation skills; /liliDemonstrated presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical information to customers; /liliExperience selling and providing solutions into large enterprise accounts, selling to end users, preferably from the banking or retail sector; /liliStrong knowledge of the assigned territory; /liliExcellent planning and time management skills; /liliStrong autonomy and ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results; /liliFluent English Italian spoken. /li /ulpbDesiderable assets and soft skills /b /pulliExperience in Retail, Financial and Commercial / Industrial sales; /liliExperience selling to end customers; /liliGoal oriented, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goal; /liliAn inspiring and energetic person with natural business acumen.
