The group redefined hospitality with contemporary elegance and warmth for a discerning international clientele, renowned for bringing cocktail bar culture to Paris. It operates cocktail bars, wine bars, restaurants, and hotels. Destinations have expanded from Paris, London, and Rome to Ibiza, Menorca, Verbier, Val d’Isère, Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds. Experimental’s service philosophy centers on product quality, precise service, and genuine warmth. /p pbAbout Experimental Roma /b /p pOpening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant, cinematic destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank and redesigned by interior designer Rodolphe Parente, it will embody la dolce vita: elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a rooftop with a suspended pool offering views over Rome. /p h3About The Job /h3 pPermanent position starting mid-April 2026. Reporting to the Sales Department and the General Manager, the main mission is to lead the sales strategy for a new 4-star hotel by defining objectives, sales forecasts, budgets, and participating in commercial negotiations. Responsibilities include: /p ul liSales Business Development /li liDevelop and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy in line with group objectives /li liActively drive revenue growth while achieving and optimizing budgeted targets across all market segments /li liPropose, implement and monitor a commercial action plan and ensure its execution /li liManage, develop and grow corporate accounts (local and international) /li liIdentify and acquire new corporate accounts to increase revenue and market penetration /li liMaintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, partners and agencies /li liNegotiate and manage corporate contracts and preferential rates /li liRepresent the hotel at local sales events, trade fairs and networking opportunities /li liRevenue Pricing Strategy /li liParticipate in Yield and Revenue Meetings and support performance analysis /li liContribute to pricing strategies, demand management and inventory optimization /li liMonitor booking pace, market trends and performance indicators /li liEnsure rate parity and correct rate loading and data across all distribution channels /li liDistribution Reservations Control /li liMonitor reservations performance (individual, corporate and group) /li liControl booking channels to increase direct business /li liOversee handling of corporate and group reservation requests including data quality /li liEnsure compliance with internal procedures and commercial guidelines /li liReporting Market Intelligence /li liPrepare regular commercial and performance reports for hotel management and group headquarters /li liConduct competitive analysis: benchmarking, market observations, competitor visits /li liAnalyze market positioning and propose strategic adjustments /li liTeam Management Training /li liManage the sales reservations team /li liTrain and support teams on commercial, sales and reservation processes /li liEnsure understanding of procedures to drive ongoing improvement /li liCollaborate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management and Marketing teams /li liProvide operational support when required /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, or an equivalent field. /p pYou have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel sales, commercial, or revenue management roles. /p pYou have strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, corporate sales, and pricing strategies. /p pYou have excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills. /p pYou have strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear and insightful reports. /p pYou are proficient in PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and revenue management tools. /p pFinally, you are fluent in English; French or additional languages are an advantage. /p h3Experience Benefits /h3 pThroughout your journey with us, you’ll be immersed in a stimulating and innovative environment.
