The role
To strengthen our leadership in the area, we have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our vibrant team based in Rome.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and commercial consolidation of your assigned area, creating and optimizing opportunities to achieve business targets.
You will act as an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader, fostering people development and driving your area's business results.
You will ensure the successful execution of company projects and strategy by leveraging people excellence and leading an engaged team.
Your agenda will include
* Revenue and sales management: Conduct strategic analysis, set area budgets and sales targets, define action plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure sales growth during store visits.
* People management: Develop shop personnel, provide coaching and feedback, foster team spirit, and collaborate with HR on recruitment.
* Resources and workforce planning: Analyze territory to ensure optimal coverage, pursue growth opportunities, and develop the network.
* Medical Area Management: Develop and maintain a network of ENTs and GPs through visits and industry participation.
Who you are | Qualifications & Capabilities
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
* Experience as an Area Manager or in Field Operations Management
* Experience in fast-moving industries; retail experience is a plus
* Willingness for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
