PAs a Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Assembly Technologies, you will be part of our Sales Team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) and will join a structured training path focused on developing both technical capabilities and cross-functional competencies (sales techniques, communication, customer management, problem-solving, etc.). /ppAs part of this program, you will follow a blended training journey combining in-field learning in Italy with hands-on experience at our international plants and Headquarters. /ppbYou will be trained to : /b /pulliHelp shaping the future : /liliSupport the sales strategy across Piemonte and Lombardia, working primarily with direct customers in Automotive, Assembly, and FMCG sectors, while also cooperating with indirect sales partners.
