In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy. /ppbIn this role, you will be responsible for : /b /ppExpanding PVS products’ Service portfolio and lead initiatives to match the Business Objectives. /ppDriving profitable growth within the Channel Partner Portfolio including the ASC (Authorized Service Center) network in collaboration with IET Channels team and the Pumps Global Sales team. To accomplish this responsibility, you will focus on : /ppProviding guidance and prioritization to Service Engineering Team and Global Sales team in the successful implementation of the various services growth initiatives, including increasing Installed Base penetration, upgrades, digital services capabilities (i.e., iStore), training Program and other proactive services campaigns.. /ppDriving the assessment of PVS Fleet status, review the IBO model. /ppLead and accomplish initiatives to apply AI to Service needs (i.e., spare parts, pricing, stock volumes prediction). /ppCollaborating with Sourcing and Project Management to develop contractors and suppliers’ network to reduce Service lead times as needed. /ppProviding Leadership with data analysis and KPI’s to measure Service business metrics established by the management. /ppFuel your passion /ppTo be successful in this role you will have : /ppbBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. /b /pp3-5 years exposure to Centrifugal Pumps and Valves Service products and customers is strongly desired. /ppStrong oral and written English language communication skills. /ppDesired Characteristics /ppbHeightened sense of teamwork and accountability. /b /ppStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, build consensus, and lead cross-functional teams at different levels of a matrix organization. /ppHardworking with a positive, can-do attitude, and be willing and able to roll up your sleeves to get the goals accomplished. /ppAbility to work across time zones to support regional activity, and flexibility to travel frequently as needed. /ppbWork in a way that works for you /b /ppWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
