WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Sales Area Manager Laundryyou will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth throughout an assigned geographical area in Italy (South Italy). You will manage and expand an existing distribution network and will further be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationship directly with the marketing, service departments, key accounts and other decision makers in the area. The maintenance of the CRM system is just as much a daily business for you as the creation and tracking of offers.

Your essential duties and responsibilities

1. Profitably sales growth, by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area;
2. Development and expansion of a customer structure in the target area;
3. Development and implementation of successful service and sales strategies;
4. Competent advice and support for customers throughout the entire product presentation and product launch process;
5. Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month;
6. Actively participate in trade shows and other industry events;
7. Actively provide market insight, to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs to provide other areas within the organization;
8. Identify, set up and organize additional/alternative distribution channels;
9. Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with management;
10. Develop promotions and actions to grow specific categories, regions or segments;
11. Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month;
12. Involve the distribution network in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators);
13. Ensure that sales support tools are in line with market needs;
14. Manage implementation of payment terms, credit limit and collection of receivables;
15. Actively collaborate with Sales Order Processing team;

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

16. Graduation in any discipline
17. Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B service and sales
18. Experience in Hospitality sector is preferred
19. Fluent Italian is mandatory, good English or other European Language will be considered a plus
20. High customer and service orientation
21. Enjoy working with our customers
22. Solution-oriented personality
23. Professional and competent
24. Establish credibility and trust, by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customers business and needs
25. Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload
26. Ability to contribute positively to a dynamic team
27. Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence other
28. Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results
29. Team player

31. Available to travel up to 50% of working time
