We are seeking a Solution Architect for Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B.
In this role, you will operate in the Customer Engagement area, specialized in the development of systems and implementation of important IT transformation projects in the Ecommerce field, with particular attention to B2B processes.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in CRM projects based on the Salesforce platform, with activities including impact analysis, effort evaluation, functional analysis, and architectural design.
The candidate must possess a strong ability to define functional architectures, declining SF requirements and business processes.
Required certification: B2B Commerce for Administrators or B2B Commerce for Developer.
Nice to have: experience in Agile project management (preferably Scrum), knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools on Salesforce, strong relational and communication skills, and excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Participating in transformation and development projects for important companies in the Industry sector, designing and implementing main integrations with systems such as CRM, OMS, ERP, Payment Gateway, etc.
Designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions using best practices for product standards.
Detailed analysis of user requirements with the support of reference Business Analysts and feasibility verification.
Platform configurations.
Corrective and/or evolutionary maintenance.
Completing your skills on Salesforce with a targeted certification plan.
Taking care of the professional growth of less experienced resources.
