PreGel S.p.a., a world leader in ingredients for ice cream, pastry, and coffee shops, is looking for a Sales Manager in the United Kingdom.
The responsibilities of the selected candidate will include:
1. Managing the sales strategy in the United Kingdom.
2. Managing a specific commercial area and supervising other sales representatives.
3. Acquiring new customers, managing existing clients, direct field selling, and supervising distributors.
4. Conducting market and margin analysis and preparing reports.
5. Managing the sales team.
6. Aligning regularly with headquarters on sales strategies.
Technical skills required:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in team management.
3. Experience working within the UK territory.
4. Experience in direct selling.
Preferred sectors of experience include pastry ingredients, ice cream ingredients, cafeteria, or food sectors. A Master’s Degree in Economics or a related field is also desirable.
