Offer The Account Manager is responsible for: Day-to-day client management (all channels) Upselling and cross-selling opportunities Long-term client satisfaction and retention Resolving issues in collaboration with other departments Relationship management and growth within assigned accounts, new customers identification & penetration He/she manages: Existing relationships with important customers in high-density territories, including new target customers Primarily on-site at point of sales, direct client contact Manages a portfolio of medium to important-sized businesses Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and opinion leaders; serve as the main point of contact between the company and the clients; understand clients' needs and ensure the company's products or services meet these needs; support partner dealers by helping them qualify customer needs Sales and Revenue Growth: Execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory, meet or exceed annual sales targets, identify growth opportunities and focus products/solutions Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Understand products well, communicate benefits and features, participate in product shows and demonstrations, provide product demonstrations and assist with installations with support from Service Negotiation and Tender/Contract Management: Identify tender opportunities, negotiate terms and pricing, manage contract renewals and obligations Sales Process Management: Follow-up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and quotations, update opportunities for accurate forecasting, close deals, handle necessary paperwork Client Support and Problem-Solving: Provide exceptional client support, resolve issues promptly, proactively identify problems and implement solutions Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts; analyze metrics to improve satisfaction and outcomes Qualifications Education, training, professional experience Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related subject, preferably Life Sciences Demonstrated sales success and good customer relationships Proven experience in selling laboratory products (biotechnology) or laboratory operations is strongly preferred (ideally >3 years) Professional competence, special knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to use CRM systems and virtual tools; deep product knowledge; good organizational skills Compensa/Completa l'offerta Reputable company : join a solid organization, internationally recognized in the life sciences sector.
