You will be a thought leader and strategic thinker, helping to evangelize Media Solutions amongst your peers within agencies. You will be responsible for developing deep relationships with internal agencies and clients to ensure optimal adoption of all product features. You will collaborate with a group of quick-witted coworkers and clients who are all passionate about digital media and digital emerging trends. You will engage with our clients in professional and social settings, build relationships and define and implement Solutions which make us unique to our clients. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage client relationships /liliSupport planning teams in defining cross-channel media strategies, with a focus on Programmatic Advertising /liliDevelop strong and effective media plans based on client objectives /liliManage and monitor campaigns /liliParticipate in post-campaign analysis /liliNegotiate effective deals /liliSupervise insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions /liliHandle cancellations and re-allocations in a timely manner /liliOptimize campaigns based on direction from Campaign Management team /liliMaintain and report on weekly pipeline of proposals and bookings /liliTake part in group brainstorming sessions to bring great ideas to life /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 3-5 years of experience in the Media Advertising sector, preferably in media agencies, tech companies and saleshouses /liliProven experience in Media Planning and Programmatic Buying /liliPreferably good knowledge of the Connected TV and Advanced TV /liliProficiency in major DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google DV360) for data extraction and reporting /liliAdvanced competence in managing and interpreting media performance data /liliFamiliarity with the principles of cross-channel strategy and strategic integration of online media /liliKnowledge of the online and display media landscape, including formats, metrics, and trends /liliAdvanced use of analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools) /liliDegree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields /liliFluent business English /liliStrategic thinker and problem solver /liliOrganized, proactive and ability to develop creative solutions /liliAbility to negotiate /liliExcellent with numbers and a strong eye for detail /li /ulh3Life At WPP Media Benefits /h3pOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
