Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Hearing Aids & Audiological Equipment

Locations: Chandigarh

Working Area: Respective State & Neighboring Regions

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager (West/South/East/North Region)

Industry: Medical Devices / Diagnostic Equipment

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

* Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (Revenue, ASP, Collections, DSO).
* Expand market share by onboarding dealers, distributors, and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
* Penetrate hospitals, ENT clinics, audiology centers, and government tenders
Stakeholder Management:
* Build strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, and NGOs .
* Conduct product demos, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and training sessions.
* Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics .
* Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.
Operational Efficiency:
* Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and after-sales support.
* Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

* Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
* Experience:
* 4–5 years in medical device/equipment/pharma sales ( hearing aids/ENT diagnostics preferred ).
* Proven expertise in handling doctors, hospitals, and dealer networks in the respective region.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), CRM tools, and market analytics.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Travel: Field visits across the assigned region
