Ph3Overview /h3pSynbalance, a leading company in the probiotics sector and a key player in nutraceutical innovation, is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager APAC MEA to strengthen its international market presence. /ppReporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for : /pulliAnalyzing target markets and identifying opportunities in countries not immediately accessible due to regulatory constraints; /liliResearching and proposing alternative business models to enter the identified markets; /liliDefining sustainable commercial strategies, justifying costs, business models, responsibilities, and timelines based on expected results; /liliPromoting the company’s product portfolio and supporting partners through registration processes; /liliFunctionally coordinating internal resources and relevant stakeholders; /liliLeading contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant company departments; /liliKeeping the commercial department informed about ongoing projects and newly targeted regions; /liliBuilding networks and strategic relationships aimed at increasing company profitability. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in a technical or scientific field; /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the nutraceutical industry, with a solid background in CMO environments and international markets; /liliExcellent command of English; knowledge of a second European or non-European language is a plus; /liliStrong negotiation and communication skills; /liliHigh organizational flexibility and decision-making ability; /liliExcellent interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues; /liliDynamic, proactive, precise, and reliable in executing assigned tasks; /liliStrong problem-solving attitude and results-oriented mindset; /liliWillingness to travel internationally. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3pThe agreement and economic contract will be evaluated individually, in relation to the skills, competences and experience of the candidate. /ppThis position is aimed at candidates of both sexes in accordance with L.903 / 77 and L.125 / 91. /ppAll information and data provided will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the processing of personal data pursuant to European Regulation 2016 / 679 ("GDPR"). /ppWe invite candidates to view the same on our company website /ppbPlace of work : /b Origgio (VA).
