Position: Italdesign is looking for automotive enthusiasts and smart new graduated people willing to join an innovative and international business environment, working in agile way and enjoying the teamwork spirit. You will gain a great experience in learning all the instruments, procedures and technical aspects with the support of your tutor and colleagues of the Department. As a Junior Buyer, you will be involved in the Purchasing Department of the Italian site of Italdesign, based in Moncalieri (Turin). Responsibilities As trainee, you will be supported by your Tutor in order to learn the major duties of the role: - Supplier documents and relationship management. - International suppliers scouting. - Interfacing and working together with different speakers, both internal and suppliers/customers. - Tender management in general purchasing for row materials (technical specification from business unit collection, request for quotation submission, quotation collection and harmonization, negotiation, supplier nomination). - Generate reports and various presentation materials. Requirements: Key requirements - Passion and interest in automotive engineering field. - Good team working skills. Preferential requirements - Responsibility and integrity. - Good interpersonal and communicative skills. - Flexible and hardworking. - Good time management capability and proactivity. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other information: Additional Information - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in humanistic studies such as Law, Economics, Psychology, Languages, Literature or analogue. - Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (at least B2 level) are required.
