Who we are looking for:
Marketing Manager
Reporting directly to the Head of Global Marketing, the candidate will join the Marketing Team and will be responsible for driving operational marketing activities while supporting the development of strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing
* Support the development and implementation of trade marketing initiatives across distributors and partners in collaboration with divisional sales manager and under the guidance of Head of Global Marketing.
* Create marketing materials and campaigns to support product launches and sales activities in coordination with the creative team.
* Collaborate with sales teams to improve product visibility and market penetration.
Customer & Market Understanding
* Contribute to the analysis of customer needs, market trends and competitors mapping.
* Support the development of marketing initiatives aligned with customer and distributors expectations and market positioning.
Marketing Planning & Budget Management
* Contribute to the development and periodic update of the annual Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Head of Sales & Marketing.
* Support the definition of marketing objectives, priorities, initiatives and timelines aligned with company strategy.
* Monitor and manage the assigned marketing and trade marketing budget with accuracy and cost control.
* Track investments, campaign costs, trade activities and event expenditures to ensure budget compliance and ROI evaluation.
* Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, spending and performance indicators.
Digital Marketing
* Support and execute digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, website content, and digital campaigns in collaboration with the digital and creative team.
* Coordinate content creation in line with company branding guidelines.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports in collaboration with the digital team.
Brand Management
* Ensure consistency of brand identity across communication channels and marketing materials.
* Support the positioning of the company’s brands within the safety market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with sales, product management, customer service and external partners.
* Support the coordination of marketing activities across subsidiaries and distributors.
Events & Communication
* Support the organization of trade fairs, customer events and training activities in collaboration with the event manager
* Coordinate promotional materials and communication assets for international markets.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
* 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial/safety environments.
* Experience in trade marketing and digital marketing activities.
* Good understanding of branding, content creation and customer communication.
* Customer-oriented approach.
* Ability to work in an international environment.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
* Strong collaboration attitude, combined with a resilient and well-organized approach, with the ability to manage complexity and tight deadlines.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
