He/she will ensure that exceptional levels of customer service are consistently offered to customers in line with the Brand values of quality and professionalism. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting in the ongoing training and development of his/her team and ensuring that the set Key Performance Indicators are met in the areas of Sales, Staff Costs to Sales, Shrinkage, Customer Service Mystery Shops and Employee Retention under the direction and guidance of the Store Manager.
