Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in cosmetics or skincare sector to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales in both domestic and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of clients in the cosmetics/skincare industryIdentify new sales opportunities and drive business growth in assigned territoriesPresent and promote Probiotical’s skincare product lines to potential customers and partnersCollaborate with R&D and marketing teams to align on product strategies and market positioningParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetingsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvementMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the division’s strategic growthRequirementsMinimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or probiotic industryStrong knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics market, preferably with a background in skin health or active ingredientsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in B2B sales of active ingredients, raw materials, or finished products.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyProficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)Availability to travel internationally as required
